these terms govern your use of vega (vegaknows.com), operated by ONDO ENTERPRISES LLP (LLPIN ACG-9588, GSTIN 29AAJFO0111D1ZR), principal place of business at Salarpuria Greenage, Greenage Apartment, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. by creating an account or using vega, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, please do not use it.

what vega is (and is not)

vega computes real astronomical charts and writes honest interpretations for self-reflection and entertainment only. it is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it never predicts fixed fate. do not make important health, legal, financial or life decisions based on it. readings are generated using astrological models and AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. if you are going through something heavy, please talk to a qualified professional or someone you trust.

who can use it

you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

your account

you are responsible for the details you provide (your birth details affect the content you receive) and for keeping your login secure. you are responsible for activity under your account.

acceptable use

do not use vega for anything unlawful or harmful, do not try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service or its AI features, and do not resell or redistribute its content without our permission. we may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse our systems (including excessive automated requests).

payments & plans

prices are shown on the site in INR and may include applicable taxes. payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and their terms also apply. any subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current paid period. we may change prices with notice, applying to future billing periods only.

refunds

because our content is digital and delivered instantly, fees are non-refundable once content has been delivered, except for failed or duplicate transactions. see our refund & cancellation policy for the details.

intellectual property

vega, its software, design and branding belong to ONDO ENTERPRISES LLP. we grant you a personal, limited, revocable licence to use vega for your own personal use. the readings generated for you are for your personal use.

disclaimers & liability

vegais provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. to the maximum extent permitted by law, ONDO ENTERPRISES LLP will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it.

changes, law & contact

we may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. contact: support@vegaknows.com.
