refund & cancellation

this policy covers purchases on vega (vegaknows.com), operated by ONDO ENTERPRISES LLP. it forms part of our terms of service.
what you are buying
vegaprovides digital content delivered instantly, charts, readings and AI-generated content. because it is generated and made available to you immediately, it cannot be “returned”.
refunds
fees are non-refundable once the content has been delivered or your subscription period has begun, except when: a transaction failed (money was debited but the content was not unlocked), you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a proven technical failure on our side prevented access and we cannot resolve it. in those cases we will refund the affected amount.
subscriptions & cancellation
if you are on a recurring plan you can cancel anytime, from your account or by emailing us. cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current paid period. we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period.
how to request a refund
email support@vegaknows.comfrom your account email with your name, the date of the transaction, the Razorpay payment / reference id, and a short description. we aim to respond within 3 business days. approved refunds go to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
