this policy explains how vega(“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information. vega is operated by ONDO ENTERPRISES LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACG-9588, GSTIN 29AAJFO0111D1ZR), with its principal place of business at Salarpuria Greenage, Greenage Apartment, Hosur Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. by using vega you agree to the practices described here.

what we collect

your account details (name, email); your birth details (date, time and place of birth), which we treat as sensitive and use only to compute your chart; your preferences (system, depth, colour); chat messages, daily check-ins and people you save; your phone number if you join the WhatsApp list; and payment records (amount, date, plan, a Razorpay reference id). we never see or store your full card, UPI or banking credentials. we also collect basic usage and device data, and an anonymous identifier stored in a cookie so your data follows you on this device.

how we use it

solely to compute your charts and generate your readings, dailies, compatibility results and chat replies; to process payments and send receipts; to answer your support requests; and to keep the service secure. birth and chat data is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) only as needed to write your content, and is not used to train any public AI model. we never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.

who we share it with

only with the providers that run vega on our instructions, our hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), AI (OpenAI), payments (Razorpay) and email delivery, and only where the law requires it or to protect our users. some of these providers may process data outside India; where that happens we take reasonable steps to keep it protected in line with this policy.

how long we keep it

for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. you can ask us to delete your account and personal data, including your birth details, at any time. we may keep limited records (such as transactions) where required for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

your rights

you can access, correct or permanently delete everything we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. email support@vegaknows.comand we will act within a reasonable time, in line with India's DPDP Act, 2023.

cookies & security

we use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences; you can control these in your browser. we protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. no system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of a breach where the law requires.

children

vega is for people aged 18 and over. we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
